The Explore Flint & Genesee provides service to tournament and event organizers at no charge. These include: 

• RFP and bid responses
• Facilities connections
• Site inspections
• Hotel assistance (canvass hotels for best rates & place blocks for event participants and comp rooms)
• Provide resources for local services
• Provide information on local attractions, fairs, festivals, and restaurants for participants 
• Send press advisory to local news media
• Dignitary welcome letters
