This holiday season may look different to most people, but some things can still stay the same: Being Thankful and having great food.

Due to restrictions put in place with the Pause to Save Lives emergency order from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, Flint & Genesee restaurants have had to close their dining rooms for the next three weeks. However, many are still open for carry-out services and some are serving special meals-to-go for Thanksgiving.

Redwood Steakhouse & Brewery

In Flint Township, Redwood is serving up carry-out Thanksgiving meals for individuals and groups. Entrée options include roasted turkey, prime rib or baked salmon with side choices including mashed potatoes, jambalaya risotto and chorizo stuffing. Oliver T’s Market

Oliver T’s in Grand Blanc is preparing Thanksgiving dinners to go for both individuals and groups of 6-8. Orders include oven-roasted turkey and all the fixings including mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, apple and sage stuffing, and more. Cork on Saginaw

In downtown Flint, Cork on Saginaw is preparing dinners for four. The dinner includes turkey and sides and can be picked up on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 4 p.m. – 8 p.m. For more information and to order, visit corkonsaginaw.com.

Steady Eddy’s Cafe at the Market

Located at the Flint Farmers’ Market, Steady Eddy’s is cooking up Thanksgiving dinners to go this year. Dinner, which is $20 a person, includes herb-roasted turkey and ham along with sides including dressing, mashed potatoes and green bean casserole. The deadline to order is November 21. Blondie’s Food & Spirits

In Flint Township, Blondie’s is serving up three options for Thanksgiving dinner along with a vegan meal. The restaurant is also offering an a la carte option for those who may need just a few items. Orders must be placed by Sunday, Nov. 22, and can be done by calling the restaurant at (810) 766-9680 or ordering online.

Andiamo Fenton

In Fenton, Andiamo is serving up Thanksgiving dinners for “piccolo” (small) and “grande” (large) families. Dinners include a roast-ready, brown sugar brined, and herbed sage buttered turkey and your choice of sides. To order, visit andiamoitaliana.com.

Signature Chop House

In Flushing, Signature Chop House is selling dinners to-go for Thanksgiving featuring your choice of prime rib or beer, carved turkey with stuffing, maple glazed salmon or ham, and a choice of sides. To place your order, call (810) 867-4319.
