It’s that time of year again. Spring has sprung and along with it comes a family tradition – movies under the stars at the US 23 Digital Drive-In Theater.

One of eight drive-in theaters left in Michigan, the US 23 Drive-In has been in the community for decades.

In rain, starlight or even snow, the show will go on April 12 with double features including:

  • “Hellboy” and “Cold Pursuit”
  • “Dumbo” and “Captain Marvel”
  • “Us” and “Tyler Perry’s A Madea Family Funeral”

Admission includes two feature films and is priced at $9 per adult and $7 per child (ages 3-12).

Movies start at dusk with gates opening at 7:30 pm. Spots are first-come, first-serve.

The theater will be open on Fridays and Saturdays to start and will extend hours to seven days a week starting Memorial Day Weekend. It will resume its weekend-only schedule Labor Day Weekend, before closing for the season mid-October.
