Spring has sprung, and along with it comes a family tradition – movies under the stars at the US 23 Digital Drive-In Theater.
One of eight drive-in theaters left in Michigan, the US 23 Drive-In has been in the community for decades.
In rain, starlight, or even snow, the show will go on May 1 with double features including:
-
“The Devil Wears Prada 2” and “Send Help.”
-
“Michael” and “Project Hail Mary.”
-
“The Super Mario Galaxy Movie” and “GOAT.”
Admission includes two feature films and is priced at $12 per adult and $8 per child (ages 3-12). Children two and under are free.
Movies start at dusk with gates opening at 7:30 pm. Spots are first-come, first-served.
The theater will be open on Fridays and Saturdays to start, and will extend hours to seven days a week starting Memorial Day Weekend. It will resume its weekend-only schedule Labor Day Weekend, before closing for the season mid-October.
