This disc golf course in Davison is a full 18-basket course. Playing the course is free, though players must bring their own equipment. The park hosts leagues and tournaments and offers printable scorecards. If you are looking for something to add to the experience, they have grills and picnic tables, and fishing is allowed in the pond.
With the beach set to open on Memorial Day weekend, this is a great spot for your summer fun. Found in Columbiaville, the beach leads into the Holloway Reservoir, where you can swim in the marked areas. If you prefer to fish, you can bring your rod and reel and do that along the shoreline, away from the beach area. For those looking for a little more excitement, you can get a game of beach volleyball going – just make sure to bring a ball!
Located on the way into the city of Davison, this bite-sized park is a perfect stop for a little rest and recreation. The park has picnic areas, restrooms, areas for walking, a pavilion, and an area for the kids to play. In the winter, there is even a beginner’s sledding hill to try out.
Columbiaville’s Zemmer Park is a great place for those looking for some peaceful fishing or a picnic by the water. Enjoy Holloway Reservoir and let the day come to you.
Horse owners will love the paths here as they ride them for free and enjoy the beauty of nature. This location regularly hosts local and statewide equestrian events and offers overnight camping with your horse on site.
