Accredited through the Tourism Ambassador Institute and administered at the local level, the Certified Tourism Ambassador (CTA) program is an industry-recognized certification that serves to increase tourism by inspiring front-line employees and volunteers to turn every visitor encounter into a positive experience.

The next CTA class, led by the Flint & Genesee Convention and Visitors Bureau, will be held April 27 from 10 a.m. – 3 p.m. at the Mott Foundation Building. Secure a spot by signing up by April 13.

With more than 30,000 current CTAs nationwide, the program has proven success in aligning the destination's people infrastructure to build tourism by enhancing the visitor experience. Through a locally customized curriculum, the CTA program focuses on the experience given to visitors, whether they are leisure travelers, business travelers or attendees.

Come be a part of this fun and interactive classroom, and become a proud Flint & Genesee CTA. Expand your knowledge, enhance your performance and better serve your customers!
