Easter is fast approaching with the holiday falling on Mar. 31 this year. As you start to make your family’s plans, here are some things you may want to check out. 

EASTER BUNNY BASH – Mar. 15 

In Fenton, you can celebrate Easter a little early with the Easter Bunny Bash happening on Friday, Mar. 15. The event will go from 5:30 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and is a free community event, though you must sign up to participate. Featured is an Easter egg hunt, photo with the Easter bunny, games, and refreshments. This event is hosted by Wentworth Real Estate Group.  

EGGCITING EASTER EVENT – Mar. 15 

Also in Fenton, another community event from 1-6 p.m. is happening where families can make their way to several participating businesses to fill Easter baskets and get treats. Sites are located all throughout Fenton and Linden, and you’ll want to check participating businesses before heading out. 

2024 TK EASTER EGG HUNT – Mar. 23  

Trinity Assembly of God welcomes kids up to sixth grade who are invited to play carnival games, enjoy donuts, and participate in an Easter egg hunt from 10 a.m. – noon. The event will be held on the church grounds in Mt. Morris.  

EASTER EGG HUNT – Mar. 24 

The Stockton House Museum will host an Easter egg hunt on Mar. 24 at 1:30 p.m. This is a free event with crafts and light refreshments at this historic location. 

EGG-CELLENT EGG HUNT – Mar. 29 

The Flint Children’s Museum will be holding an Egg-Cellent Egg Hunt the Friday before Easter. This event will offer several sessions at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., and 3 p.m. with a sensory-friendly session at 4 p.m. There are limited spots so pre-registration is required, but there will be lots of fun and even a photo with the Easter bunny! 

GARDEN EGG HUNT & NATURAL DYES – Mar. 30  

The Genesee County Park & Recreation Commission is holding a garden egg hunt at For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum. Pre-registration is required and costs $5 per participant. The event includes an old-fashioned egg hunt in the Exploration Garden where you will look for easter eggs, cabbages, and onions. This is an outdoor event, so dress for the weather. 

EASTER BRUNCH & EGG HUNT AT CAPTAIN'S CLUB AT WOODFIELD – Mar. 31 

There will be an Easter Brunch & Egg Hunt at the Captain’s Club at Woodfield on Easter Sunday. There is availability at 11 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 1:30 p.m. with the cost for adults being $35 and kids over 2 years old $20. Guests will get an all-you-can-eat Easter brunch, Easter egg hunt, face painting, a visit with the Easter bunny, and more.  

EASTER BRUNCH AT ATLAS VALLEY GOLF CLUB - Mar. 31 

Atlas Valley Golf Club in Grand Blanc will offer its own brunch on Easter Sunday with seating between 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. Included is an all-you-can-eat buffet, balloon artist, egg hunt, and a visit with the Easter bunny.  

EASTER BRUNCH – Mar. 31 

Sauce Italian American Kitchen in downtown Flint will offer an Easter brunch from 8 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Easter Sunday. Reservations are required. Bring the whole family to the restaurant for a wonderful holiday meal.  

Easter fun isn't only for the kids though as there are two events specifically for adults on the calendar. 

ADULT 32+ GOLDEN TICKET EGG HUNT  - Apr. 5

Head to Bicentennial Park for some fun just for the adults. For $25 adult participants 21 and over can hunt for golden tickets redeemable for prizes. There will also be food, music, games, and raffles to keep you busy. 

ADULT EASTER EGG HUNT AND PANCAKE BREAKFAST - Apr. 6

In Swartz Creek, they'll also have an Easter Egg Hunt for the adults, including a pancake breakfast! Registration is $30 in advance or $35 the day of and that gets you a pancake breakfast and an exciting egg hunt with prizes in every egg. There will also be $3 mimosas on hand for those who are thirsty.
