Easter is April 17 this year and in Flint & Genesee there are plenty of events leading up to the big day for families and friends to enjoy the holiday.

Easter Egg Hunts
There are a number of family-friendly egg hunts happening this year in Flint & Genesee. The Burton Parks & Recreation is hosting an event on April 9, Creasey Bicentennial Park in Grand Blanc is hosting a Glow in the Dark Egg Hunt on April 9, the Flint Children’s Museum is hosting an Egg-straordinary Egg Hunt on April 15, Davison Township Parks & Recreation is hosting a Bunny Trail Egg Hunt on April 16, and For-Mar Nature Preserve & Arboretum is hosting a Garden Egg Hunt & Natural Dye event on April 16.
In Flint & Genesee there are a few events for adults only to enjoy a different kind of egg hunt. In Grand Blanc, Creasey Bicentennial Park is hosting an Adult 21+ Golden Ticket Egg hunt with a variety of prizes on April 8 and in Fenton, the Fenton Winery & Brewery is hosting an Adult Egg Hunt Fundraiser for 21+ on April 16.
Local restaurants in Flint & Genesee are serving up Easter brunch and dinner and are currently accepting reservations. In Goodrich, Cranberries Café is serving up roast turkey with stuffing, ham dinner, planked whitefish and prime rib. In Fenton, The Laundry’s Easter buffet will include assorted quiche, slowly roasted honey-tamarind marinated pork loin, almond-parmesan crusted flounder and an array of sides. Also in Fenton, Andiamo is hosting an Easter brunch and dinner. In Flushing, Signature Chop House is hosting an Easter buffet featuring a breakfast station, sides, a carving station and three different entrees.
