Enjoy the Farms and Orchards of Flint & Genesee

Fall is orchard season in Flint & Genesee, and it is a great time to visit local farms for apples and donuts and have lots of fun.

Almar Orchards & Cidery

This family-owned Flushing rchard offers gorgeous views of nature along with farm animals, a playground, and a picnic area. Shop at their farm market for over 30 varieties of apples, or their other delicious, organic, and sustainable items. For those looking for something with a little more bite, you can pick up their regular or hard cider.

Apple Lane Orchards

Head out to Flint’s Apple Lane Orchard for fresh produce, flowers, donuts, cider, pumpkins, and baked goods. You can also find grave blankets, wreaths, Christmas trees, porch pots, and even kissing balls during the winter months.

Damouni Orchard and The Coop Hard Cider & Wine Tasting Room

Flint’s Damouni Orchard sells a variety of apples, including Fuji, Gala, Honey Crisp, and Royal Red. They also offer mums and pumpkins and have a tasting room where visitors can enjoy wine or hard cider.

Flushing Farms

Featuring acres and acres of fun, Flushing Farms offers a pick-your-own-pumpkin patch, flower gardens, donuts, cider, corn mazes, a petting zoo, a hay wagon, a barrel train ride, a bounce house, and inflatable obstacle courses. With so much to see and do, summer and fall are bustling with fun at Flushing Farms.  

Koan's Orchard

Located in Flushing, Koan’s Orchard features 25 varieties of apples, maple syrup, dried flowers, peaches, and tomatoes when they are in season.

Little Pumpkin Patch

In Grand Blanc, you’ll find Little Pumpkin Patch, where they sell pumpkins, straw, corn, and gourds. The farm is open seasonally with their items sold roadside, though they do offer an area for viewing their farm animals.

McCarron's Orchards & Bakery

McCarron’s of Flushing sells apples and fresh cider that is pressed on-site. They also offer baked goods and have space at the Flint Farmers’ Market for those that are already at the market shopping.

Montrose Orchards

At Montrose Orchards you can shop in their large farm market, buy something from their bakery, pick up a gift basket and apples, take a hayride, enjoy the pumpkin patch, and have fun in the Pumpkin Fantasyland. They often have special events with food trucks or vendors as well, meaning there is always something to do at Montrose Orchards.

Mueller's Orchard & Cider Mill

Featuring apples, fresh apple cider, donuts, a farm market, a pumpkin patch, and a corn maze in the fall at this Linden orchard. Mueller’s regularly features special events and even has rental space for weddings.

Porter's Orchard Farm Market & Cider Mill

Goodrich’s Porter’s Orchard offers award-winning apple cider, cider slushy, ice cream, vegetables, apples, and a bakery featuring donuts. For fall they have hayrides, corn mazes, and a pumpkin patch. Porter’s also offers space for special events.

Spicer Orchards Farm Market, Winery & Tasting Room

Fenton’s Spicer Orchards has apples, donuts, a bakery, a market store, and in the fall offers a maze. Spicer also has a winery and tasting room with wines and hard ciders offered by the glass and a patio to enjoy them on with a beautiful view of the orchard.

Starrs Lakeview Farms

This Linden farm has a wide range of fresh produce, flowers, local honey, and pumpkins for sale.
