Flint’s annual Alley Fest returns to downtown Flint on Saturday, July 12, bringing a full day of music, food, and fun. The event features local and regional music that will take the stage throughout the day, offering a mix of styles and sounds with 16 bands and performers playing everything from hip-hop, soul, rock, pop, and more.

Along with the music, over 50 vendors from around the area will be selling their art, crafts, and other wares. To keep everything fed, there will be food trucks from local favorites set up throughout the event, or you can also stop into one of the alley’s eateries or another of downtown’s great restaurants before heading back to the festival.

Alley Fest runs from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Happening on the same day will be another great event at Atwood Stadium - The Block Party, presented by Beats x Beers. This event will take place during the regular season finale for the Flint City Bucks and will feature DJs, food, vendors, and a bounce house for the kids. It will be a VIP experience that puts fans on the sidelines for the game and at the center of the action as all the fun unfolds.

The event begins at 6 p.m.
