Events and attractions are coming back or reopening in Flint & Genesee. Favorites to both locals and visitors will once again be open for the public to enjoy.

Applewood

The historic estate is opening its gardens to the public starting in June. Although the house and other buildings will still be closed this year, visitors can enjoy the apple orchard and gardens alone with the amazing statues that sit on the estate.

Back to the Bricks

The annual classic car cruise is coming back in person in 2021 and already kicked off its first event last weekend. Other events in June through August will lead up to the main event on August 21.

Flint Children’s Museum

Opening on June 1, the interactive museum in Flint is a great place to take the family for a day trip. The Museum offers hands-on experiences of all types for children from ages 2 to 10.

Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad

On May 29, Crossroads Village & Huckleberry Railroad will open for the summer season welcome locals and visitors to the historic village. New this year, Huckleberry Railroad will feature the newly rebuilt diesel, Engine #12, pulling the train on Thursdays and Fridays.

US 23 Digital Drive-In Theatre

The US 23 Digital Drive-In is open showing double features on three screens with guidelines in place. The first showing begins at dusk, but make sure to get there early to secure your spot.

Stockton Center at Spring Grove

The historic Stockton Center at Spring Grove reopened in March and is offering third Saturday tours each month from 1 – 4 p.m.
