The Durant Hotel was built in 1920 and quickly became a landmark in the city of Flint. The historic hotel now has 93 lofts and hosts events in the ballroom and lobby. The Pine Tree Barn

The newly restored neoclassical Greek ballroom requires little decoration and can accommodate 270 guests. The Riverfront Banquet center offers a large space for weddings. Finally, the Harding Mott University Center offers its Michigan Rooms for receptions that can accommodate up to 240 people.
