On Tuesday, September 9, a networking breakfast will kick off Stair Week. The state-wide initiative encourages people to choose taking stairs and to learn more about the impact simple choices can have on health. The event takes place from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Powers Catholic High School.

Local architects, interior designers, health and wellness professionals, educators, and business and nonprofit leaders will come together to learn about the initiative to promote a healthier Michigan.

Powers Catholic High School is located at 1505 W. Court St., in Flint. To learn more or to register by Thursday, September 4, visit http://bit.ly/VR6J0J.
