The celebration will take place on Tuesday, December 3 from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Flint Mayor Dayne Walling and Heather Kale, Director of Member Services for the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce will participate in the ribbon cutting ceremony.
