On Tuesday, April 16 My Dreams Do Come True will celebrate the grand opening of its new location with a ribbon cutting ceremony.  The celebration will take place from 10:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at 940 S. Grand Traverse in Flint.

“My Dreams Do Come True offers new and used formal gowns to deserving high school girls in Genesee County who might otherwise not be able to participate in their high school prom,” said Walethia Aquil, Founder and Director of My Dreams Come True.  “Our new location will enable us to assist an even greater number of girls in the area.”

The nonprofit organization has provided more than 300 formal gowns to area high school girls and community organizations since its inception in 2010.  For more information contact Aquil at (810) 732-2198 or info@mydreamsdocometrue.org .
