Maurices specialty women’s fashion store is hosting a grand opening and ribbon cutting on Thursday, September 13 at the Genesee Valley Center. The ribbon cutting takes place at 10:00 a.m. Shoppers can get a sneak peek of the new store on Wednesday, September 12 at 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m.
According to Joelle Hornbeck, Maurices Store Manager the store is excited to become an integral part of the community.
“We consider ourselves a hometown store,” said Hornbeck. “Our goal is to become a part of the Flint and Genesee County community. The clothing we offer starts at size 1 and goes all the way to size 24. So, we literally have something for every woman. I encourage area shoppers to check out our sneak peek.”
