The Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce’s will offer the first Zingerman’s Training (‘ZingTrain’) “The Art of Giving Great Service,” on Thursday, May 15, at the Genesys Conference and Banquet Center from 8:00 a.m. to noon.

“The Art of Giving Great Service” participants will learn about the kind of service that makes customers feel like royalty. The seminar includes Zingerman’s Three Steps to Giving Great Service and Five Steps to Effectively Handling Customer Complaints. Attendees will also learn how to create a culture of great service and why it’s crucial to treat staff with as much care as customers.
