Flint & Genesee Chamber Celebrates Chamber of Commerce Month Hosts Celebration, Highlights Benefits
(FLINT, MICHIGAN – September 26, 2014) October is Chamber Month and the Flint & Genesee Chamber of Commerce is celebrating with a 2014 New Member Meet & Greet Coffee. The event will take place on Thursday, October 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Chamber offices at 519 S. Saginaw in downtown Flint. Throughout October the Chamber will highlight the benefits of Chamber membership for its more than 1,000 members.
According to Heather Kale, Director of Member Services for the Chamber this event provides an opportunity to kick off Chamber month and share benefits of membership with our 2014 new members.
“We are excited to open our doors to new members,” said Kale. “For more than 100 years our Chamber has contributed to the Flint and Genesee business community. This coffee event provides an opportunity to highlight the many resources and benefits available to members through the Chamber. Today, great things are happening in Flint and Genesee and as members will learn when they join us, we are playing an active role in helping the region succeed.”
